Our Commitment To You
We hope you are delighted with your order from Microgrower.com however if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will be happy to process an exchange or refund, providing the goods are in their original, unused condition and are returned in their original packaging. In the event of you receiving faulty products, please let us know and we will send out a replacement as soon as we can.
As there are occasions where it may not be necessary to send the product back, please contact us before returning any items. If the item is simply unwanted you will be expected to meet full return postage costs. If the product was not purchased on the Microgrower.com web-site please contact the retailer where the product was purchased for returns, exchanges and refunds.
Returning Unused Internet Orders By Mail
Then complete the returns form enclosed in your delivery and pack it with the item you want returned. The product needs to be in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received. Please make sure you package the item securely and attach our returns label to the outside of the package.
We recommend that you use a tracked service for delivery as we are unable to refund goods that are lost in the post. If the goods are unwanted as opposed to faulty, we are unable to refund return delivery costs. We will refund your original order once it is received by our returns department.
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however this can take up to 7 days during busy periods. If you have any queries about items that you have returned please contact our Customer Services team here or telephone +44 (0)1606 530300. We are open Monday – Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm; if you contact us overnight, at weekends, or on a UK Bank Holiday we will get in touch on the next working day.
